L’Hostellerie d’Héloïse est un ravissant hôtel situé à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Cluny. Cette élégante bâtisse bourguignonne datant de la fin 1800, vous ouvre les portes d’un lieu à l’atmosphère familiale. Mélange délicat de convivialité et de charme contemporain, les chambres de notre hôtel bénéficient de tout le confort moderne et ce, afin de vous faire passer un séjour des plus agréables : téléphone direct, télévision, WIFI, salle de bain et toilettes privés.
Fall asleep in the surroundings of La Grosne in one of our thirteen rooms (classic, superior or family) and discover the nice city of Cluny and its cultural heritage.
The hotel does not have a private parking, nonetheless there is a free municipal car park just in front of our hotel.
You can discover our restaurant « La Table d’Héloïse » offering you a sophisticated cuisine with fresh seasonal products designed to thrill your tasting buds with multiple flavours all coming from Burgundy and its terroir.
* Our rooms being located upstairs and without elevator, we are unable to welcome mobility impaired visitors.

Our hotel has 12 bedrooms (classic, family and superior). Each room is different in size and interior design and will make you feel like you are staying into a family house rather than a hotel. All our bedrooms are equiped with a shower or bath and private restrooms, hair dryers, WiFi and television.
Family will be able to stay in our spacious family bedroom (separate beds for children and adults) and also in our big bedrooms accommodated for three persons. You can also add an extra bed. In order to satisfy your needs and ensure your comfort, we make a point of renovating our bedrooms frequently.
It is our duty to inform you that the hotel is unable to welcome mobility impaired visitors because our structure leaves us unable to build an elevator or a lift.
Our hotel is equipped with a free wi-fi system.

Schedule and opening periods
General conditions of sales
Reservations are only considered firm with a bank guarantee, either with a credit card number and expiration date, or with a check for the amount of the 1st night.
In case of late cancellation between 3 days and the day of your arrival, or in case of no-show, we will then charge the amount of the 1st night.
If you reserve more than 3 rooms and/or more than 1 day, we ask 30% of the total amount of the stay.
In case of cancellation between 14 days and your arrival day, we keep the deposit.
In case of modification of your stay, and the number of the rooms, we will charge a compensation of 50%.
ARRIVAL : the rooms are ready from 2.30pm
DEPARTURE : the rooms must be free at 11am

On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday evening, Friday, Saturday, Sunday noon, from 12:15 pm to 1:45 pm and from 7:30 pm to 8:45 pm.

The restaurant:
Le restaurant est ouvert les lundis midi et soir, mardis, midi et soir, jeudis soir, vendredis midi et soir, samedis midi et soir, dimanches midi de 12h15 à 13h45 et de 19h30 à 20h45.
Il sera fermé les mercredis toute la journée, les jeudis midis et dimanches soirs.
